Tattedupbroc is released from jail and comes home to find that his girlfriend has spent the money he saved up for a rainy day.
 
With bills past due, Tattedupbroc which his hustling, links up with his good friend, "Fatboy" who claims he can help.
Tattedupbroc finds out the hard way, he shouldn't have listened to Fatboy.

When Tattedupbroc finally meets the "the plug",  he finds out the drug kingpin is a female and that changes the whole plan.
